At Villa Marie East Indies we have a fresh and healthy approach to food and use local, organic produce for in villa dining where possible. Our very own Chef Wayan is experienced with all kinds of cuisines and specialises in catering for those with dietary requirements.
Adapting the villa owners approach to food we base our menu on Ayurvedic, Keto, Paleo and Vegetarian philosophies and use minimally processed, organic, whole foods in our dishes. Chef Wayan cooks from the heart and uses fresh herbs, spices and homemade marinades.
